We provide engineering, surveying, inspection and land planning services along with construction layout of buildings, improvements and utilities. Although a majority of our work has been in the private development sector, our firm is very familiar with the rules and regulations of the Lake County Department of Utilities and Ohio EPA. Many of our development projects have been within the LCDU service area.
