(New Castle, PA)  The Willoughby Western Lake County Chamber of Commerce will host an informative seminar for small businesses on Tuesday, Septmeber 8th at 9am.  Titled “Shoestring Marketing,” the seminar will present low cost and free marketing ideas for small businesses.  Mike Lysakowski will conduct the presentation, sharing real-life success stories and examples of marketing done on a tight budget.
A Westminster College graduate, Lysakowski has been a successful marketing and public relations specialist for 20 years.  The “Shoestring Marketing” seminar has been presented all over the states of Pennsylvania, Indiana, Florida, and in Las Vegas, Nevada.  On September 8th, local Chamber members will have the opportunity to virtually attend the online presentation.  Originally scheduled as a classroom-style presentation, the seminar will allow attendees to remain in their homes or offices, as Lysakowski delivers the material via online stream..
Lysakowski’s career has been focused primarily in the auto racing industry, with long-time clients such as NASCAR and the United States Auto Club.  For nearly a decade, he spent the racing off-seasons serving as the head of Marketing and Public Relations for a locally based health system, gaining valuable experience in the health care industry.  Lysakowski has also worked with over a dozen non-profit organizations, including the American Cancer Society, and tourism promotion agencies.  He has also started four small businesses, in addition to his work as a marketing contractor.
