In today's turbulent world of unrest and outrage over social justice, as employers we are faced with our own unconscious bias and calls to action to help others examine theirs.
Professionals attending this program will learn effective interventions to promote the culture of eliminating unconscious bias. Learn to identify unconscious bias and how to help develop behaviors that foster inclusion. You will learn numerous effective interventions to promote behaviors that contribute to an environment where we are actively engaging in efforts to value all points of view and walks of life with the goal a diverse workforce, an inclusive attitude free of prejudices and biases examined. Utilize tools such as the Johari Window, Selective Attention and the Implicit Association Test (IAT) and understanding Common Biases to
develop intervention methods.
